Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Treasure Hunt Explore account at any time. Deletion is performed from inside the app:

Delete from the app

Open the app and sign in.
Go to your profile and open Settings (the cog icon).
Open User settings.
Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately — your session ends and the account cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

Your sign-in identity (email, Google or Apple account link).
Your profile: name, username, date of birth, bio and profile photo.
Your push-notification registrations and online-presence data.

What is retained

Messages you already sent to other players remain in their conversations, no longer attributed to your name.
Treasure hunts you created remain available to players, shown without your name.
Records we must keep for legal or security reasons (for example subscription transaction records held by the app stores).

Can't access the app? Delete online

If you no longer have the app installed, sign in below with the same method you use in the app and delete your account here. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
