A problem with the app
In the app, open the menu and choose Report a Problem. Describe what happened and add screenshots if you can: the report reaches us with your app version and device details, so we can look into it quickly.
Reporting someone in the app
If someone is harassing you or behaving badly, use Report in the app. It is on a person's profile, in a conversation, and on any individual message. Reporting that way sends us the context automatically, so we can act on it far more quickly. You can also block them, which takes effect immediately and does not wait for us.
Your data
To delete your account you can do it yourself, in the app under Settings or on our delete account page. For anything else about your data, message us through one of the channels above. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
